Customer feedback to be proud of!

We were welcomed into the office on Monday morning by what can only be described as a wonderful and touching email from some recent clients:
‘Ben, Rachel and all the team at Rayners,
I have been meaning to write and say thanks for all your hard work, but we seem to be continually busy! Just to say how impressed we were with the whole process and the many people involved. Sadly there are too many stories of people getting a poor service from builders, but we really couldn’t have been happier with how things went. From the lads on site who went out of their way to be considerate and respectful, to the level of communication we got from Ben and Rachel. We were always able to see things progressing in line with the schedule provided which was reassuring and there was always the flexibility there to make changes as and when needed.
If there was an issue (which was rare) it was sorted out quickly and with the minimum of fuss which was exactly what we needed with busy lives. The quality of the work really is a credit to all involved, and has provided us with a great family home. So please do pass on our thanks to all of the team. We will continue to recommend you as we have already, and would always be more than happy to be contacted by your prospective customers to tell them about our experiences.
