The Rayner family, our employees and wider team have gained extensive experience and knowledge since our establishment in 2005 .
Ben Rayner, founder and Managing Director oversees each building project personally from start to completion. Ben has over 20 years hands on site work experience. Multi-skilled to the highest levels, Bens drive and passion means he will endeavour to fully manage any complexities to deliver you that perfect seamless finish. Ben has particular interest and expertise in modern construction methods, structural form work, concrete facades, basements, flat roofs and cantilevers – the bigger the better!
Rachel Rayner, runs the office operations. Covering sales, marketing, pricing and general administration. Degree educated with previous roles working for successful FMCG companies, Rachel is well placed to manage our supplier relationships to ensure the best value for our clients.
In addition, clients can be assured of a dedicated office resource to assist with day to day enquiries. Rachel loves modernist and industrial design, particularly minimalist interior design and exteriors with vast glazing, flat roofs and cladded facades.

As registered members of the FMB for many years. We continue to pass independent BBA inspections of our work to meet the strict membership requirements and demonstrate that we meet the high quality standards expected from a Master Builder. All of our projects are commissioned using the FMB Contract Terms & Conditions, with clear payment milestones for our clients peace of mind.
