We are well placed to provide our expertise on planning applications and the processes involved to maximise potential for successful planning approvals.
Our award winning architects can also offer help with both planning permission and building regulation applications. They will complete the application paperwork including Design Access Statements if required, submitting and liaising on your behalf throughout with the relevant council planning teams.
Build
Our highly skilled teams of groundworkers, bricklayers, joiners, plasterers, roofers, electricians and plumbers will execute the build against your plans, utilising their technical skills and treating you and your home with courtesy and respect.
Our quality sourced materials and suppliers will ensure you get the exact bespoke finish you require.
You will be assigned a Rayner project manager at the start of the build who will manage your project timings and remain a key contact throughout.
