At Rayner Builders, as we work across all building trades to the highest standards we are best placed to deliver an entire new build project for you. With a designated project manager assigned at the start, we will manage your build throughout, from the initial groundworks through to those final bespoke interior finishes.
We develop thorough timing schedules.
Thorough preparation before works commence is paramount for a new build project. Upon your confirmation to proceed with Rayners we will prepare a full timings schedule with key target dates for the works through to completion.
We will also share with you our contract terms and conditions based on those from the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) for you to sign and also agree stage payments for your project upfront.
You will always be kept informed
throughout with your own dedicated project manager.
You will be assigned a key lead throughout your project who will be your point of contact for any updates or queries. They will keep you informed of timings and progress throughout.
